About me

Hello! my name is Nathan, and I’m 22 years old. I live in Torrance and I love to cook; I’ve been cooking for over a decade now. I’ve worked in over 5 culinary kitchens and received a trophy for winning 2nd place in the Medina Lake Cajun Festival Gumbo Competition in 2021.

One of my earliest memories of cooking for a large group of people, the year must have been 2014; I had made multiple quiches for a party happening in the condo my grandma lived in. I especially recall the feeling of accomplishment and fulfillment I had when so many people ate and laughed together, all later praising my food.

Cooking and seeing my food bring joy to those around me brings me unparalleled satisfaction. so I’m happy to say that soon I will be cooking for my hometown, Torrance CA!

About the brand

Born in Los Angeles, California. I was quickly moved to Dallas, Texas, where my mom joined the air force. Thus leading to us relocating to every corner of the states where I found an interest in cooking through the immense cultural cuisines of each state.

At a young age, I was diagnosed with NF2 which led to me becoming unable to work once I became of age to start earning for myself. Desperately, I tried to find work anywhere I could. Until it hit me, my passion for cooking in my love for community link me here to start my business.
